I have no mobile signal so what am I supposed to call with! My dsl is still working but attenuation is up 10db so i assume someone stumbled over a patch cable in the cabinet or exchange approx 18:30hrs yesterday when my router logged it! Please investigate and restore asap pnet username of account is hitchhiker43
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Thank you dru for raising the ticket on OR/BT lets hope they can improve on there worst of Thursday with no phone in the house!!
Meanwhile Pnet really does need to sort out its phone testing software so it doesn't finish with an apparent error and useless message! I am not the first to report this so pull your fingers out guys right

@hitchhiker43 - It looks like the fault report came back to us at around 11am this morning advising the fault should now be cleared. Are you still experiencing problems with this?
