no dial tone and noisy line

I have constant problems with phone line ,No dial tone have changed phone tried all your advise and the line is very crackly and still no dial tone.It has been going on for a while tonight I couldnt use phone for hours as no dial tone

Our tests haven't found any fault on the line.
I'd recommend going through the steps in our troubleshooter.
