hi i just joined plusnet and my new phone line was installed yesterday but i notice there is no caller display and i allways like to know who is calling me how can i add this service to my home phone i tried to go to product upgrade but got message saying my line could not be checked as there is a problem and when i tried to look at home phone control panel online it says there is an inconsistency with your line your phone may already be in use

I've just checked your account and the caller display and voicemail are both awating activation. If it's not working by tomorrow then post back here and I'll check again.
