new phone number

Hi there
I've just joined. I wanted to ask if my phone service means I will get anew number as i do not want to bring the existing number with me?
Any help greatly appreciated Smiley

Generally speaking we will try to keep your number. However, as you don't want this, and you've already raised a ticket, we will ensure your number changes.

Sorry, I'm being a bit "old skool" here. Tickets (or questions) are support requests raised on your account. You've raised 93463461 and

Yes, we'll put it on the ticket for you.
However, when you get a dial tone, you can dial 17070 and your number will be read back to you.

Despite raising the issue of wanting a new number and raising a ticket, i was emailed to say id be keeping same number. Csn someone please investigate and ensure i get a new number and update me please?ls
