According to a brief call i had with sales they say that it would cost £49.99 for a line at our new house to take on line rental from yourselves and transfer my Plusnet broadband despite it being free with BT at the moment. Is this £49.99 payable in advance or placed on existing bill.
If you're with BT at the moment then there will be no charge. £49.99 only applies to install a new line, or re-connect a line in the exchange when it has either been moved to a non-BT provider, or disconnected from BT's network for over 6 months.
