new phone line DEAD

im a new customer ro plusnet but not very happy at all
my new phone line was activated 5
days ago and the line is DEAD
reported the fault straght away took 2 days for customer services to email me back asking other questions
sent answers to there questions NOW WAITING AGAIN FOR THEM TO LOOK AT THE EMAIL
and still waiting and waiting and waiting

I can see a fault was logged as soon as you raised this to us, engineers are still working on this at the moment so I'll make sure you get updated tomorrow.
