new customer to plus net

Cry  since switching from talk talk to plus net on 12 july,the people at plus can not seem to activate my request for caller display,which worked ok for 4 yrs with talk talk, seem to be dragging their heels  at solving my request is it really that difficult to switch my request ,peter.

I've just been reading the notes on your account and can see that this was a fault with the service after caller display was added.
I can see that this was removed and re-added last week which seems to have fixed the problem. I'm sorry this took a few days to resolve and I can assure you that it was a completely unforeseen problem.
