Re: new CSV phone numbers

Do you mean CSC? (customer Support Centre). To me CSV means Community Service Volunteers or Comma Separated Variable.
I seem to recall reading some months ago that Plusnet CSC is not on Homephone and so calls to it are treated as any other 0114 number. i.e.  calls are not free except at the times your Home Phone package makes such calls inclusive.
Still I trust that the 0114 number will remain available. The use of such a number was / is one of the selling points for PN.

Re: new CSC phone numbers

It was just that the wording of the e-mail from Carol Axe implied that you should use 0845 numbers, I think that mention should have been made of the alternative 0114 numbers.
The second query was, why is one number included minutes and the other isnt?

Re: new CSC phone numbers

The 0114 numbers aren't changing and you can still use them as normal. The only change is the 0845 numbers are merging into 0845 140 0200.
