When you are taking all your services via cable(tv, phone,broadband) what is involved in moving phone and broadband to Plusnet, TV would go to freeview. Cable requires 30 days notice of termination, so how would this be tied up to ensure continuous phone service.
Cable is virgin media by the way.

Hi Ian,
Firstly, you would need to get yourself a BT line. We can technically do this for you and put you straight on the PlusNet Home Phone packages, although this is generally something that we don't offer, but we can do it in isolated instances. You wouldn't be able to keep the same telewphone number though.
Activating the Home Phone service would take 10-14 days, with an additional 7 days to activate the broadband service.
