most recent calls update

how quickly does the "most recent call" (next to "most recent bills") update please? I made a call about this time yesterday (around 3 -4 pm) and left a message on a voicemail. I want to check time and length of call, but it is not there

Welcome to the community.

The calls are calculated every 24 hours, so it should update within 1-2 days.

Thank you for your reply Christopher. It seems to be updating a bit more slowly at the moment as it is still not there?

@ruthe Was the call to a national (0102/03) number or a free one (0800/0808)?

It was to a mobile, I remember hearing the voicemail message. It's still not there which is strange! I'm having a bit of a dispute with a company and just wanted to make a note for my records.

I don't think I've made any subsequent calls. I don't use my landline much. The last call listed is on the 13th November, which is probably right.

Four days is a bit of a long gap. Unfortunately, as this is all automated, I  don't think there is much anyone can do.
