Hi I paid for line rental saver on 3/11/13 No payment for the next 12 months has been taken, and I've had no reminder email. How does this work? Thanks.
PS - it looks like my account actually went live on 17/11/13
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
