I recently cancelled my evening and weekend phone plan and was assured that promotional discounts would not be affected.
However on receiving my latest bill since changing phone plan, the plan has been cancelled OK but, I note that the broadband discount is still being applied but no promotional discount has been applied for line rental.
The original price for line rental was £21.22 with a discount of £2.23. I am now being billed for the full £21.22.
Can some one say why this might be?
