hi mods
how can I raise a fault ticket on my phone line , everything working fine then next time I come to use my phone the dial tone goes on off on off , BB working fine , no extensions etc coming off the master socket no alarms no sky nothing
I havnt even been with plusnet a week yes that's correct less than a week and the phone is playing up , 1st time in 20 years and then a transfer and it goes down , not happy

Just a check - did you turn voice mail off (via Call Features or did you just listen to/delete the message (leaving the feature active)?
