landline voicemail

Anyone know how my landline voicemail feature be turned off?

My call features page does not give this as an option and seems to be a bit messed up:- 'caller display' is showing 'awaiting activation' but is working just as I want it; for several weeks, there has been a message 'You currently have an order in progress to add call features' whereas I have placed no such order; and, as I said, there is no option to turn off voicemail.

I want to keep caller display & use my own answerphone.Any help appreciated.
