landline telephone not working
I have spent all morning trying to contact plusnet to report my landline is getting crossed with other landline users and is basically fouling up every call in and out. It is still not working and I still havent reported it because I cannot live chat- the service is either not working or advisors are too busy - my landline is fouling up every call and it s as 15 minute wait anyway by which time the call so I cant do that either. AND NO email address to report it to? I am getting extremely annoyed with this service . Will someone PLEASE tell me how to report my landine is not working properly so someone somewhere can check it?

I have a chat box sitting on my computer now. Has been for 15 minutes? Why bother? Because after thanking me for starting a conversation it goes on to tell me all agents are busy helping others. It would be nice if one of the agents would help me - any chance?
