landline phone not working.

For a few days our landline has had no dial tone and calls are not getting through. assuming this is a fault on the line somewhere as we have followed the instructions on the plusnet website and tried numerous phones. Not sitting on a phone for an estimated 40min. Plushnet please sort this out. thank you.

Hi @nathanielelle, I am really sorry that you have been having issues with the phone service.

I have tested the line which has detected an external fault on the line, so have raised this to our suppliers to investigate further.
