My 92 mother transferred her broadband account to Plusnet last Thursday and since then her land line will not work . As she relies on a pedant help if she falls over this is not working so if she has a fall we have no way of knowing. Plus net agreed to treat it as a welfare case an an engineer called yesterday, got it working but now today we have the same fault . I have tried to raise this on plusnet twitter but have no response . Where do I call to report it . The account is in my sisters name but i cannot get hold of her
