international calls on call protect

Hello

We have Call Protect and have all options turned on (withheld,unavailable, unrecognisable and international) but am now being pestered by calls from real US numbers which are not being screened. All other calls have ceased including calls that just said 'international' but these real numbers seem to be getting through. Any suggestions, ideas, things we are doing wrong.

Seems odd. Would you be able to quote one of those US numbers?

Last two numbers were 1) 0019377179556 and 2) 001316643120. Upon investigation the first number seems to be a mobile registered in Springfield Ohio and the second is not a real number but has been reported as making scam calls. Thanks for your interest.

Can't see why Call Protect didn't see those as International.

Hopefully one of the Plusnet team will see this topic tomorrow and will be able to advise further.
