raised because of isues getting phone handed over - has been closed prematurely
Still has an preexisting line fault which BT and Plusnet are aware of ( which is affecting my FTTC speeds ) refer attached BTW results this morning
I spoke to help desk about this yesterday ( about 35 min on hold again !! ) and they confirmed that ticket was incorrectly closed and advised that it had been re-opened - however on checking this morning - ticket is still showing as closed !!
Whats going on - service and support from Plusnet used to be excellent for a number of years - is their advertising proving too popular and consequently back room / support staff are now under resourced - as happened a few years ago.
