I had a short message left on 1571 the other day, but the caller left no details (ie their number) to return the call. I tried 1471 but someone else had called afterwards, so I could not retrieve the number.
Is there a facility somewhere on the phone account that lists all received/missed calls, like on a mobile?
I've had a look around the itemised billing section, but can only find numbers that have been dialled out listed, not incoming calls.

Sorry, we don't have access to this information but there is equipment on the market that you can buy which will store this info for you.

A slightly fuller explanation...
If you add the Caller ID feature on the Phone Control Panel (at 99p/month):
https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_add_call_features
and you have/buy a phone that supports it (most with a display do these days) then you will see the nunber of a person calling you. Most phones store the last few numbers and the time that they called.

Ok, thanks both. I just signed up to caller display yesterday, so will see if that works next time.
