Could plusnet remove me from anytime calls back to free evening and weekend calls please. If im honest i dont use the phone much, and id prefer to save £4 a month

I think you should be able to schedule that change yourself. Log in to the Member Centre and click the Product Change link in the top menu. That lists your current products - click the Change my products button and work through the steps.
Broadband and hardware you will want to keep your current product, then on Home Phone select the required change.
Confirm address and engineer appointment are formalities (shouldn't be needed). Confirm upgrade and you are done.
