tried to phone on my mobile and discover there's a 45 min wait. tried to reporrt it online and submit message to check my line both on my mobile and computer I get a whoops we're sorry somethings gone wrong message/we can't display that page right now. why can't I message or email you?
You appear to have already raised this with our faults team online. Looking at your account I believe you should have received the following email:
Your fault has now been raised with Openreach (who we work with on phone issues) for further investigation. The problems you're experiencing are usually resolved within 1-3 working days. If this isn't the case, we'll contact you to let you know.
Followed by some other information. You can view the ticket this is recorded on Here on your account. I've also closed of the other duplicate tickets as it appears this was raised multiple times (all the duplicate fault reports were automatically rejected by our suppliers)
