can anyone tell me on international calls in respect of free minutes, is this one off, monthly , yeraly etc

On the Home Phone Anytime package, it provides 300 minutes per billing month, for you to use on the top 20 international destinations.
So no, they are not one-off and don' dry up just because you use them one month.
