Every time we have a lot of rain my phone has problems, last time my phone was dead for days this time it works but wont ring.  Am I going to have this problem every time we have bad weather or is there anything that can be done?

Yes it has been reported, just getting fed up with the problems every time it rains
and the time it takes to get it fixed.

It sounds like you have an underground cable that's suffering from water ingress which can be a tough one to diagnose/find and also fix due to the possible road works that may be required.
Hopefully we should be able to help diagnose and raise this to Openreach for you and get this fixed.
