home phone order rejected

hi. I changed my phone line from sky to plus net today but have now received
an email saying that my order has been rejected but I don't know why.

Hopefully PN will get back to you with details ASAP but it sounds like Sky has rejected the change for some reason 😕

I'm sorry to hear your order was rejected. I've had a look at this and re-placed the order manually in hope that it won't reject this time. We should know in the next few hours if the order is progressing correctly. I'll pop a further update on here later today once I can confirm the order has been accepted.
