I phoned up this morning about renewing my broadband contract, but was told that my account was broken so had to re-register as a new subscriber with a new user name, everything went well and are currently getting that sorted.
I just got an e-mail an hour ago saying my number is changing on the 12/5/20, is there any way to stop this and keep my old number as I've had it for about 30 yrs.
