Hi,since returning from holiday our home phone doesn't work.
I've tried using a different phone just at the BT master socket but still no joy.
There is no dial tone & if someone rings,the ringtone is different to normal & we cannot hear anything.
I have logged this but wondered if this was a quicker way to get it sorted?
The broadband seems to be ok.
