Hi new customer here moved over from BT, service started on 26th march, been fine up to last night monday 6th april, when i've now got a crossed line, had to unplug my phone line because it keeps ringing and going off, picked it up first time today and i was in the middle of someones conversatio !, tried ringing your customer service they're not taking calls, and your online chat is offline aswell, so is there anyone here who can help getting my phoneline back up working again properly ?
