home phone itemised bill

Hi All,  Can anyone point me in the direction for the answer to "Do I get an itemised bill". If I click on that question there is no answer. It is under the heading of," Top five home phone questions." I'm with Onetel at the moment, I view calls and charges on their site and print off, is it the same with Plusnet.

From the portal, select Phone Calls from the top of the list to the left of the screen, click 'View' and then then the 'Itemised Bill' tab.
