How the ***** do you report a phone fault I've been going round in circles for ages, getting nowhere,my plus net anytime phone line has a bad noise on it for a few days,I rang BT faults they said get in touch with your supplier .I rang PN they had a 10min waiting time (048 number) so I went on their site ,and I've been going round in circles ever since.Why cant we just tell some one theres a fault for goodness sake.If I was a BT customer I could just ring them and say I've got a noise on line FINISH .
This isnt good for long time customers such as myself.TED. PS It isnt affecting my BB connection.
