free 60 minute international calls. I cannot find anywhere that they do.

Do PlusNet have a running total showing usage of 60 minute free international calls? I cannot find anywhere that they do

It's 30 minutes, not 60, but it's still free if you clear and redial before the half hour is up.

Thanks for this information I didn't realise there was a cap international of 30 mins at no point did anyone bother to tell me that when I ordered it Dec 2012 or when resigning to move house and change tafiff in Aug 2013. It's only now I've  noticed iextra charges and looked for an answer on the forum.I must say we didn't have this problem with TALK TALK international free calls maybe it was 60 mins and we never noticed I don't know.
Please Plusnet make it more obvious and mention it when you sell this option to customers, we can happily re-dial and remain happy customers which we are.

Inclusive call length
Inclusive calls to UK numbers become chargeable after 60 minutes
Inclusive calls to international numbers become chargeable after 30 minutes
I'm sorry if you feel this isn't clear enough but we have to limit the information shown to customers during the sign up / product change process in order to ensure the essential information is not missed.

I'd say that info is pretty high-ranking in 'essentialness'.

I don't think it's appropriate detail for the sign up journey and changes to the sign up journey have to go through an extensive sign-off process.
I have, however, requested a modification to http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/tariffs/ so that when you click the link in the signup journey the included minutes information is presented as part of the tariffs table instead of a separate block of text further up the page. This has been raised as ILWD-104. Unfortunately I can't provide an eta for this to be completed.
I hope this is enough to ensure everyone who wants the extra detail can find it without issue
