ex-directory

Does it cost anything to go exdirectory and how do I go about it?

Re: ex-directory

No, and just ask.
For accountability, we'd like you to raise a ticket on your account though. With a request like this we'd remove you from the directory as well as online directories (118 etc), though it can take time for third parties to remove your details.

Re: ex-directory

Curious I'll be joining PN in the next few weeks - will I automatically be ex-directory as I am currently or do I need to request and if so how would I go about that?

Re: ex-directory

Hi, Oldjim is correct, you automatically remain ex-directory.  If you would like confirmation of this when your account activates just follow what Chris mentioned earlier. All you need to do it raise a ticket on the account.
