Cannot make changes to home phone for unlimited calls. Message says I have an order currently being processed. Which I am unaware of. Unable to get through on the telephone or online chat.
Maybe Plusnet are making a killing on their phone charges during this Corona virus outbreak. when vunerable people need to use the phone more than ever. Shame on you
