hi i tried to make a call this morning and had a plusnet recording diverting me to their online payments.i spoke to a person who said i had exceeded my monthly call amount.so i gave them my card details to top up my allowance was told it would take 1/2 hour to an hour to reconnect me. i tried to make a call 3 hours after still diverting my calls then spoke to another person who said they had a technical problem with the reconnect so a manager would do it manually which would take about 20mins. 3 hours later still no outgoing calls,which is a problem at the moment as the father in law is in hospital and need to be in constant contact with the hospital !! . any suggestions other than having to wait to tommorow and have to hang on the phone?
