can you turn off call return?

Hi,
This is not the first time I have done it but when  listen to my messages on 1571 I accidentally  press the 3 button and then get charged for returning the call yesterday I got double charged because it was a mobile number I was phoning!!
So just asking can i turn off call return or assign it to a different number?

On 1571, pressing '3' will delete the message.
One assumes, then, that you're referring to the call return facility on 1471, which is also accessed by pressing '3'.
Apparently it can be disabled if you're with BT - see here.
As with other facilities, it may not be available with Plusnet - I don't know.

We can do this I believe but it isn't built into our phone control panel.
I've placed a order manually to do this. If you try it later on it shouldn't work

Yes you are right I mean 1471!!
I have just tried 1471 and it says the service requested is not available. 
I still want 1471 just not the press 3 to return a call service.According to the link above you can turn off just that feature on BT so you should be able to on plusnet.
So is it possible to have 1471 without the press 3 call back service?

We don't support this normally and we don't have any documentation for it

That's not quite what it says

Despite years of asking by many people, Plusnet do not offer call barring as a (configurable) service,  but there are ways for Plusnet to do it thmselves, Matt should be able to advise on what Plusnet can do in that regard.
