Re: caller identification

Surprisingly...yes.
Many around here consider it should be a standard feature...myself included.

Re: caller identification

The trend is for more and more features to be excluded so that the headline advertised price can be as low as possible.
BT will (from tomorrow) stop providing BT Privacy at home with caller display for free  (although you can have it free for a year if you commit to a new 12 month contract). It will cost £1.75 a month which makes the Plusnet £0.99 look good value.

Re: caller identification

Primus is £2.50 extra for caller display . I know this because i just bought a call blocker and have just found out it needs caller ID to work properly, which in my opinion. negates the use of a call blocker.

Re: caller identification

Unless their billing system throws a wobbly, you'll find PN are pretty competitive and you shouldn't have any shocks.
Yes the 99p CLID is a bit of a bugbear from me and they did increase the cost of my anytime package by 50p a month last year (which also caused a bit of an outcry) but gave the option for me  to break the contract as part of the increase T&Cs
Not any worse than the majority and better than many hence why I've gone for another 12 months LRS with them.
