caller id



I see this has happened to others. Requested Caller ID at point of order, it shows as active on account. However, incoming calls are not showing a number. Can someone please look? Live chat full as always and long waits on the phone

Hi @firoch, thanks for getting in touch.


It looks like it hadn't been applied fully to the phone order. While it was an active component on the account the order on our supplier system hadn't included caller display. I've now manually placed this on the line for you and this should complete within the next 24 hours.
