Just joined plusnet and phone service.When i phone my son my number came  up and said mum and dad calling.When i was with bt and i phoned it said private number Can anyone tell how to stop my number  coming up on his call display----please

Request Plusnet to place a block on sending your CLI or prefix every number when you dial with 141

Hi longinglip,
I've just placed an order to withhold the number when dialling out for you, that should stop this happening. It should take effect later on today.
If you want to allow the number to be seen just dial 1470 before the number you want to call, and it'll be visible for that call only.
