caller display

Since joining Plusnet my caller display is now showing up names, but it did with all the other phone service providers. Any ideas as to why? its not working on plusnet even though its on my account.

This should be sorted within 30 mins. It wasn't active on the suppliers system but I did it now for you. Let me know if it's not.
