I have been with PlusNet for over a Month now and I still don't have caller display. With coronavirus playing havoc with your call centre the customer service is a bit of a joke.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I've looked into this for you and I can see that it's showing as active.
Can you try dialling *#234# from the phone that you want to use for caller display and advise what message is read back to you?

Hi,
Same for me - been a customer for months - assume Caller Display was never activated on my line.
Plusnet Support - please correct this.

It looks like the feature wasn't active on our supplier's end.
I've placed an order to change this and it should be working now.

No joy on that I'm afraid, the voice message reports that the feature is unavailable. Do you have any other ideas? Thanks for your efforts though.

Hi Matthew, the *#234# still doesn't work. "service requested is unavailable" , do we have any other options? I appreciate your efforts but I'm not getting any joy on this.

I have the same problem with *#234# and *234# both reporting the service as unavailable. From this post and previous posts it appears that caller display has not been activated. Please can Plusnet remedy this and activate Caller Display.

Hi, I also don't have caller display working. I only transferred over to Plusnet this week so would suggest that this has not been activated. Could you please advise.
