caller display activation?

Hi
My phone line got activated today and it works fine but caller display isn't working on my handset, it just says "External Call" can this be manually activated perhaps?
Also just to confirm I did request when i placed my order and am paying for caller display too.

Sometimes there is a short delay and sometimes it gets stuck - there has been a history of such issues with the BT backend systems.
One of the DCT members should be able to check, but they are very busy at present. It might be more proficient to raise a support ticket on the matter.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Hi brummies,
I've taken a look on our systems and on our Suppliers Systems which shows that Caller ID is active. Does this not work on any incoming calls at all?

Nope not working, tried using two different mobiles too to test it out..

I've raised a case with our suppliers to have this investigated for you. We'd expect an engineer to have looked into this within 24-48 working hours.

I've just heard back that our suppliers believe the issue has been resolved, could you double check that this is the case please?
