caller ID order

Hi
I ordered caller ID via the online phone dashboard on Saturday or Sunday. It states that it will take 1 working day to be added so I thought it would be active by now, but it still saying awaiting activation.
How long should it be?  Huh

it is probably stuck and needs a kick from the staff on here

For contrast, we ordered online Monday afternoon. Received email five minutes later saying 24 hours to complete. Ten minutes later another email to say job done.

Your order has been rejected unfortunately, We've raised it with the supplier. As OldJim says, it needs a kick and this is what I'm doing next.

This is a little more complicated that I first thought (it's not a simple kicking). A ticket (99719089) has been raised to ensure it's corrected for you.
