caller ID active / not working

Second day of plusnet after moving from sky, my account says caller id is active but it isnt working. Sky worked fine. Have tried everything sugested by plusnet website. I need it working. I'm quite disappointed.can anyone help

I had the same issue - it appears something gets a bit stuck on the BT systems and while it appears to Plusnet that it is enabled, it isn't.
You might just want to pop a note you're having the same problem on the end of this thread so it gives the guys who have dealt with it before a notification that you have the issue Smiley
