call records do not get updated

i made a call yesterday as part of my 300 allowance, but it's nowhere to be seen on the itemised bill. the call was placed more than 24 hours ago and my balance is still 300 remaining mins.
are plusnet's systems as slow as the bb order completion process (~1 month?)...

some times it can be four or 5 days old, especially at weekends
And some call to New Zealand are a problem, due to a change at their end

Hi there,
@pierre_pierre, the New Zealand issue is fixed, as per my post here.
@Reserved, we've done some refactoring work, and are just testing the results, so you should see a massive improvement from now on.
@ritz, we're up to processing calls from the 26th (so calls made up to the 25th). We should catch this up later today. I'll check that we've got the call data for you, and will update you in a few minutes.

thank you all for your pointers, very useful.
mand, i finally got updates this morning, which at first glance look alright.
as there seems to be quite some literature and (a rather concerning) history on the matter, are there any plans for a better billing, call logging system?

@ritz, we've made some changes, and are just testing the results.
@reserved, as far as I can see you've only made one call since, on the 27th (which will be processed today).

I've had a developer check the database and that's the only call we've got for you currently. However, international or non-standard calls will take longer to get to us from BT.
