being charged for free calls since 11th May

two calls - local to me - yesterday have come up as charged, I still have 99 mins of my allowance left

Same happened on my account - 12th May one local geographic number charged, still got 200 mins of inclusive minutes left
I seem to get billing problems on my phone account every month, never the same problem.

Thanks for bringinig this to my attention.  Is this only happening on Anytime 240 or are other people seeing similar problems?

There seems to be a problem with the way the set up fee is allocated too (on Talk E+W at least). 
I PM'd Mand earlier with the detail but she doesn't seem to be around today - I can copy it to you too if you want.

Same here. I'm on Anytime and the system is charging me for free calls even though my free call minutes haven't been used up.

Thanks James, appears to be fixed as my account is now showing all geographic calls as free.
