awaiting activation

Since plusnet have reinstalled my line, I've added caller display to my features.  However, that was over a week ago and it is still saying 'awaiting activation'.  How long does it take?Huh

Let me apologise first of all for the delay
It would appear that the order itself has become stuck in our own system, and as such has prevented the order being placed on the Openreach systems.
I will of course pick this up straight away. I have placed the order for caller display directly with our suppliers (Openreach) and as such the service should be working within the next 24 hours.
It may be that the account still states awaiting activation, but hopefully the services will be working by the end of the day tomorrow
