I Can't use my answering machine since joining Plusnet. Does 1571 need to be disabled, if so can this be done

You need to adjust your machine so it picks up call, after say 4 rings. Simples!
If you're unable to do that you'll need to contact PN to disable 1571; use the CHAT facility, it's quicker.

I am sorry to hear that Voicemail 1571 is interfering with your answering machine.

You can turn off call features by going to https://www.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_remove_call_features and the feature will be disabled within 1 working day.
