Your Home Phone order is currently being processed

Hi
I am still getting this message in the Home Phone Control Panel. It seems to be an issue this week, as I see others also have the same.
The Phone service went live on 9th Sep.
Could you assist me also - not sure if you need further info?

This has been raised has a problem as you are not the only one.
I will make sure that your Home Phone Control Panel is activated for you by this afternoon at the very latest.

I have received an update via the Support Team.
"We've been unable to place the order for your phone service.
Our support team will look to resolve this. You don't need to do anything."
Do I need to ask if they could actually do a bit more than look?! Wink

That will have been when I was tampering around with your account to make it reflect the same status.
Sorry about that, our systems tried placing your phone order again and then got confused because you were already with Plusnet.  Roll_eyes
Hopefully, everything should reflect properly from your perspective now.

I can now access the control panel - so think all is as it should be.
Could you check I'm still on the terms I agreed with Plusnet - as per Ticket #90612658? The Account details section is showing differently, but I assume that's just the way the system works...

Hi Fairchino,
It seems that Matty's tampering caused the Line Rental Saver to not reflect on the account showing that your broadband was being charged as an account without phone. I've rectified this now so everything should be correct as per the details in Ticket: 90612658.
I've created Ticket: 91644295 confirming your account details in full. Apologies for any inconvenience and confusion caused. If there's anything else at all just give us a shout! Smiley
