No, have not done for many years, going back to before BT was broken up and opened up to competition.

I bet they don't, that would be reasonable and you don't get that from PlusNet; they'll be grabbing for whatever cash they can make on a high call day.

No, these decisions are made by Ofcom.

Ofcom could direct the industry not to charge "normal day" rates on bank holidays. This is something they have decided not to do. Further PlusNET call charging is based on BTOR billing rates, which are not variable on bank holidays.

BTOR are a supplier. PN could choose to pass thecharges on in any way that they liked.
