Wrong Phone Package After Fibre Upgrade

I was just checking my account and I noticed although my internet product has changed to Unlimited Fibre my phone product is still showing as PlusNet Weekends. The thing is the person I spoke to in Retentions said as part of my package deal my phone product would be upgraded to PlusNet Evenings & Weekends. Please could someone check this for me?

Your account was changed to fibre today however any phone package changes take affect on your next billing date.
I've scheduled the change in for you and you should have received a e-mail.

Thanks Matthew. I assume there won't be an extra charge for the evenings as that was part of my deal?
